Antisocial Personality Disorder

Antisocial personality disorder is a personality disorder characterized by a pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others that begins in childhood or early adolescence and continues into adulthood. Antisocial personality disorder is sometimes referred to as psychopathy or sociopathy. However, these three are not the same, psychopathy and sociopathy are generally considered subsets of ASPD. Some researchers believe that ASPD are psychopathy are separate conditions altogether.
